A website where logged in users are assigned business contacts and update the status of entries in a database so that other users can manage accordingly.
I currently have all of the material as .CSV files which needs to be made into a database. The database needs 5 un-editable columns and 1 editable column. The columns will be Company Name, Address, City, Postal Code, Phone Number, and [url removed, login to view] Status column will have radio buttons. These radio buttons will control what is displayed in the Status column. When a user changes the Status to a particular option, an email will be sent to the admin (me). The admin also has the ability change the Status to certain options that are not available to a regular user. The admin should also be able to easily create a username and password for a new user.
Users will also have the ability to add a new business entry to the database. Each user can assign themselves a maximum of 100 active businesses at one time.
The user should be able to sort the columns in ascending or descending alphabetical order by clicking on the column header.
I have attached 2 images of a rough outline of how I want it to look/function. These images are not exact interpretations as you'll notice there is one less column in the image, but are used to give potential bidders and idea of what I'm looking for.
