Twitter software/script

Hi, I need a twitter bot / script coded. It will need to be able to load multiple accounts in username:password format it will need to be able to load and use proxy lists in ip:port format it will need to be able to load a list of different tweets as well as use { | } tags for variation. example: {hello|hi|hey} my name is {frank|tomas|joe}. so that way it would tweet our either hey my name is frank or hi my name is joe or hello my name is frank. etc etc different variations to make each tweet unique. ALso will need a setting for delay per tweet. and lastly an option that will grab the trends from certain locations (USA / NY / UK / california) etc etc and then use those trends within tweets if #trend tag is in the tweet. so example.. lets say a trend in NY is " new york yankees " so sticking with the above example: {hello|hi|hey} my name is {frank|tomas|joe} #trend that would come out to something like : hey my name is frank new york yankees that is the basic functionality i will need but i will explain in further detail to the winning coder. coder must be GOOD must be fluent in ENGLISH must be online daily ( incase i need to contact/support/updates ) must have decent design skills for GUI must be able to complete jobs fairly quick If coder is good and quality work i will hire for many future jobs that i need done.
