242039 Upload script upgrade

Upload script stage 2 Project:

Upgrades to our existing PHP upload script.

Requirements:

1. Uploader option to preview/edit upload(s) - Option after 'upload successful'

- he can select to 'preview/edit' - then click OK - then gets 'thankyou, etc'

message.

2. Users option to view most downloaded by week/month

3. Email to admin when a file is uploaded

4. 'Name' box (required to fill) in upload form

5. Latest Files list to be ordered by category most recently updated

6. Fix dynamic search results - show files size & download numbers

7. Add 'Sure you want to delete' before files is deleted in admin (I

accidentally deleted a file)

8. Fix messages after upload (there is a 'sorry' message for about 0.5 second

after successful upload - just change it to 'successful' or something positive)

9. Fix this message : Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect

<http://www.**.com/**/function.mysql-connect> ]: Too many

connections in /**/**/[url removed, login to view] on line 3

10. Fix 'Latest Files' main page listing so month is also shown
