146077 URGENT TODAY! Flash formmailer

Hello,

I need a Flash form (which I designed dragging the component instances from the library) hooked up so it will email the form field contents to a given address, and autorespond a receipt to the entered email address. The form is:

Name ______________

Email _______________

Interest (dropdown menu with options - Flash included component)

Message _________ (multiline text field)

You can see it at [url removed, login to view] (wait 'til the end of the animation and click 'sign up'

I am using Flash CS3. Please do not bid unless you can open these -- you can always download the Flash CS3 trial from Adobe, but it's really big so if you plan to do that you should be on a fast connection.

This needs to be done immediately, like within the next hour!
