I am looking for a organized and information detailed web consultant, coder, project manager and graphic designer. This can be one person or a team under one organization. I have a project that will be broken down into several areas. The project is multipart and will be completed by areas and phases.
My initial layout for this is as follows:
**Consulting:** The individual of organization will formerly introduce themselves, their skills and their portfolio. At this stage more details on what is needed will be discussed. A plan will then be drawn up with specific information on how each phase of the development project will commence, what technology and coding language will be used along with goals and timelines will be set.
**Implementation:** Work will then begin on each phase of the project with detailed updates and status reporting on progress with strict emphasis on meeting deadlines.
**Testing:** In the plans provided there will be a plan in place for scheduling and running detailed and well coordinated test on the prototype and final release product.
**Conclusion/Ongoing Support:** Concluding the project includes completing all planned phases of the project. Ongoing support will be a plan that is implemented after completion.
*All source code for this project is required
** Must have detailed documentation for all phases of the project including detailed documentation for codes accompanied by a change log after work has commenced.
***The chosen coder must speak good/fluent English

Thanks to everyone who have already responded to this project. I will spend the earlier part of this week reviewing each response, RAC profile and any portfolio information provided. If you have not yet posted a bid amount please do not do so until you have been provided with the details of the project. I should inform everyone that I am not looking for a quick solution; I am looking for a solid one to my request. Once you have read the details of the project it will come apparent that this is not a overnight project and requires great knowledge of the expert areas on which you or your organization will select to bid on. Graphic design is very important. If you are a very talented coder but fall short on design please coordinate with a graphic designer or firm to complete that section. Presentation is very important to me and is a major deciding factor along with coding for any one who bids on all areas. So really put your graphic work forward. I have chosen to invest an additional $1000 into this project up to the amount of $4000 in an effort to add the planning, design and implementation of a web and print advertising campaign. Please keep this information in mind as we go along. I will send out general questions to each person ??"If you have a question in the mean time please do not hesitate to ask. Something to keep in mind is the project information will be delivered on a concept basis. There is a lot of planning involved. I am looking for graphical planning as well using programs such as MS Visio. I will have more information as we go along. Good luck to everyone as I will be selecting a coder or coders on this project. Thanks to everyone who have responded to the bid request.

I know some of you have still not gotten your copy of the document with more information on the project. I am still working on posting to everyone. However there are some pointers I need everyone to focus on.

The project does consist of a lot of work and can only be beneficial to an organized group who can find profitability in the dollar exchange amount. Just said this so that the following does not appear as an attempt to inspire involvement in this project.
The core element of this project is however not based on five web sites but on a module based application that satisfies a broad range of needs. Lets take ModernBill for example - Developing the core logics and functionality of the application takes extensive resources which includes man power and financial investment. However the selling point of the application is not based on that cost value as it would be unfair to consumers to sell it over and over at cost plus profit - as resources are not being re-used to develop the application over and over for each sale.
The same falls true for the project I have posted. If you read through the functionality are pretty much repetitive with BuyersQ and Paldred Mortgage really being the design and integration of a web template.

Last broadcast for the night - My apology to those coders who have dropped off but still receive these messages.
Please do not pay much attention to the bid price limit I have specified, However please do not place a bid at this time for more than the set amount. If you feel the entire project is worth more to be profitable to you please discuss it or if you believe you can only do a section of the project for the price offered then let me know.
Please read the document carefully, try to connect the scrambled dots and communicate your professional/skilled solution at which point you can negotiate on.

Hello To everyone:
After speaking with a few of the coders that showed interest in this project I have decided to modify the scope in an effort to make it more profitable to the coder who decides to accept the work. I will have this information posted shortly through a broadcast message and a url to the download file.
In the mean time I have posted an even smaller project. Please review it at:
