Our company needs a custom software system to meet our business demands. We provide a wide range of computer services for our clients. Our tech support department needs a centralized system to coordinate our efforts. We need the system to be web based so it is easily accessible. It needs to manage work orders, tasks, scheduling, and customer contact information. ## Deliverables More detailed Description: Our company needs a custom software system to meet our business demands. We provide a wide range of computer services for our clients. Our tech support department needs a centralized system to coordinate our efforts. We need the system to be web based so it is easily accessible. It needs to manage work orders, tasks, scheduling, and customer contact information. Referencing the workflow image, the program begins with the user home. The main user will be the technician. Each technician’s home page will show a brief outline from the work order and calendar section. It should show uncompleted work orders (from work order manager), uncompleted tasks, and upcoming appointments (both from calendar). The Work Order Manager section of the program is where users interact with work orders. Here they can create / edit a work order and enter a large number of attributes. Each work order will change workflow status as it progresses through the system. Work orders should have a customer associated with it. There should be a section for computer services that the client requests and services technicians recommend. As technicians complete the services they should be marked complete. Customers will eventually pay for computer services so the work order should have a section to note payments received and due. The customer manager should be similar to a simple CRM system. It should store personal information about each customer. It should have a section to list all past and current work orders, monthly services the customer is subscribed to, past interactions (such as phone call support), and a section to list websites we run for the customer. There should be a function to import customers from Outlook contacts. The calendar section allows users to assign tasks and appointments to a technician. Appointments should not be allowed to overlap another appointment. Both tasks and appointments should be able to be mark completed. Previously completed items should be available to view. This section should work similar to Microsoft outlooks calendar section. Attached is also a scan of our current work order form. All source code will be our property. No links to outside sites. There should be a backup / import function for the system. Send prices quotes, estimated development length, available dates, and payment preferences. **Our budget: $1000-$1300**
