I am looking for a web designer or developer with excellent knowledge of Web Standards, and experience in designing and coding websites using XHTML and CSS. The successful applicant will be able to provide me with examples of fully-compliant websites that he has coded to transitional standard. He must have excellent knowledge of all cross-browser compatibility issues, including the box model hack, etc. The successful candidate will then be working with me on a number of projects that we have at the moment. I do NOT want this to be on a project-by-project basis, but rather take on a freelancer full time or part time dedicating between 20-40 hours per week on my projects.
