Add More Detailed Registration Form to Joomla Site

We need to be able to take more specific information from registrants when they register for our site and to keep track of the information about our users. Therefore, we need the registration form to display more fields, many of which will need to be displayed as drop downs and radio buttons. Information on how you would help us with this is appreciated (what system would be best). We have already downloaded JoomSuite JUser with license, but need icon php loader to make it work. We do not want the site to get messed up in any way during this process, which is why we are enlisting the assistance of a professional. We are using Php 5.x and we are hosted by godaddy. Our site is currently using a complicated Joomla template. We need this registration form completed asap. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED JOOMSUITE JUser OR COMPARABLE REGISTRATION FORM ON ANOTHER JOOMLA SITE AND YOU CAN SEND LINKS SHOW THAT IT IS WORKING ON THAT SITE!! THANK YOU.
