This is what I need
1) 1 site layout + logo+ required html files
2) Forum (Dynamic section open souce script shall be used for forum)
3) Articles (site admin can add/manage articles upload photos, Site vistors will be able to view posted articles)
4) Events (site admin can add/manage events upload photos, Site vistors will be able to view posted events)
5) Add google Ads on sites on various specified locations.
