Drupal developer needed for a couple of projects in a web development company(repost)

We are a development company and our in house web developers are swamped by work so we require people to help from outside. We need an expert developer to be employed for a long period time and we are expecting him for more than 20 hours a week and more than 6 months time. We are not interested in companies. Companies please do not bid. This is for individuals only. For every 200 hours worked we will give a bonus to the worker. The developer will be working with our tech lead so if he is stuck anywhere, our tech lead will help. You will have to work remotely on one of our machines through screensharing. Webcam is a must. When we start trusting you , you can work directly on our server and webcam will be no longer required. We will offer flexi timing as long as you submit your work schedule to us at least a week ahead and then we would plan accordingly. The projects will require Drupal skills.
