Need file upload system for a client's Joomla site customized to their design and with some tweaks they have requested.
Registered users should be able to login and request the ability to upload files (word docs, pdfs and image files).
Admin should be able to choose whether or not to be notified about requests inside Joomla or via email. Upon notification, Admin logs in and upgrades user.
Upgraded users can go in and manage their uploads. They can upload files, see a list of uploaded files and see if the Admin has downloaded any of the files. Only Admin has access to uploaded files.
Admin can see both a full list of submitted uploads or can choose an upgraded user's account and see their uploads. This may be done by providing a list of the upgraded users and then click to see their account OR if the master list can have a simple filtering system.
As this is an invite project for an already chose designer, these are the other terms:
--UJM will install Community Builder and DocMan.
--Programmer will help to customize these programs to fit the requests outlined above.
