Joomla CB profile vote button.

I have joomla, community builder and community builder profile pro. I need a plugin/component which will allow me to have a vote button on the user profiles and when the vote button is clicked, it registers a vote which updates in the backend (see image of what I want it to look like) (the vote count is NOT to be displayed on the profile page). This vote button also needs to track peoples IPs to deter multiple voting for the SAME profile, voting for multiple profiles is fine. The voting button should be a tab/field in community builder so that I can insert it into community builder pro.
