Music selling component for Joomla - Jom-Social Users

We are looking for someone to create a component that my community users from jom-social can use to sell their music, this can be a already made component modified to our specification. heres what we want; - users to upload their beat / tracks for sale - music player (something like [login to view URL] or anything you think would work, not too fussy, but must look nice - which genre the beat is, run time and info about the track when uploading - allow user to select a sample spinet time of original tracks to be played for demonstrations - automated payments - to users when they sell music (we take 10% commissions of all sales Unless the user buys a $5.99 premium membership for a month) -All free accounts get 10 beat upload spaces for their tracks for sale, after this they can purchase extra 20+ spaces for one time payment of $69 can be purchased many times each time, +20 spaces to their account -payments made by paypal (user must put their paypal emails in order to sell) - download delivered digitally with email to buyers on user profiles something that shows how much tracks they sold and money they made, upgrade options to be easily visible. 2 modules on homepage that shows latest tracks, top sold tracks, and maybe 1 main page that shows all uploaded music, search option by user names and song genres should be a option on here. its quite simple if you know how the digital music selling on internet works.
