2498 Drupal Auto-Links

Using the latest version of Drupal I need a module that automatically inserts pre-define, external links in place of keywords. Ex. every time "scriptlance" is used in a forum, article or blog it is converted to a link to a predetermined url. I prefer not to use the taxonomy feature to do this. There is an open source module "autolinks" that worked in prior versions but it does not function properly in the latest version of Drupal.
