Bulk Mail Server with Interspire

Hi, We're looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing with INTERSPIRE. You must have experience in IEM (Interspire Email Marketer) for Bulk Email Marketing and provide step by step video tutorials on how to do the following: - Explain which OS & Panel I should choose and why - Optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer; - Set up DKIM Signing, RDNS, PX, MX & SPF records, DNS and + ISP complaints loop; - Set up of maximum emails processed per hour must be supported (I won't need rotating IPs); - Configure the mail server & MTA to work securely and quickly with Interspire Email Marketer, and optimize for inbox delivery to major providers (Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail); - Set up of CRON schedule setting; - It must be possible to use random synonyms for words. example: [Hello|Hi|Hey|Whats up]; - Most importantly, make sure all of these works flawlessly. We are CAN-SPAM compliant but we purchase opt-in list sometimes and we will likely have some spam complaints. We are looking for a solution that wont shut us down due to complaints and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional IPs. The steps above are to be done in a Linux VPS with Cpanel installed (if your bid is accepted and you'd like to make the videos using the Linux VPS I'm using, let me know).
