Freelance Script

Hi Guys First of all I'd like you to let you know that I don't want to get any clone of GAF or something else. I want something really original. But of course idea is the same which is to have a successful freelance website like GAF. This one is going to be in different language and as you guess will serve in somewhere else outside of US where there is no freelance website at all. I do not want to mention now where it is. So this is going to be an important project. I want a really good and original design. Since I am a graphic desginer and middle level PHP developer I'd like to involve to the project and I can help you with especially in graphic design matter. What I want to get is idealogically simple when I write on the paper. Exact same functionalty of GAF. Managable admin panel. We'll use Paypal Payment Pro for transactions. First 3 months posts will be free. Then we'll charge to project providers when they get the project from customer and customer will be charged when they want to post a project. This fee will be fixed no matter how big the project is. So both provider and buyer will be charged in different stages. I don't care that You use .NET or PHP. I don't care what kind of db or OS will be used as long as functionalty and performance are good. Also if there is a really good ready script you can simply use and just twist the design and add some good modules or components. And I have to tell you this, this project is not a fantasy I wanna play with. This is something that it will get thousands of people from this country. Because it will be first one. Please explain your roadmap or show me the demo if you have. Please do not send me some diferent projects that you have done before or just saying "we are capable of doing this" I'd like to see what you can do or you have. Very importantly this script or development should have SEO. I will also provide language files. Thanks very much
