PHP site home page and user templates

Hello all, I am looking for a HIGHLY TALENTED, and SKILLED web template designer. I would like these templates designed for the standard 800X600 screen. All imagery should be legit. I would like the completed PSD Photoshop files that are designed in layers and no flattened imagery. If you are also an extreme graphic designer/icon designer and incorporate this into your design that is a plus. Your designs and skill level should be comparable to those at monster templates.
