Linux Mail Administrator : I have moved my business domain from shared hosting to dedicated hosting - I need help as follows: When sending mail, 90% of individual test emails end up in spam folder of receipient - rDNS has been setup. - However, I am missing domainkeys; yahoo says: SPAM FOLDER: Authentication-Results: [login to view URL] from=[login to view URL]; domainkeys=neutral (no sig); from=[login to view URL]; dkim=neutral (no sig) Received: from [login to view URL] (EHLO [login to view URL]) by [login to view URL] with SMTPxx What I would like to see is some thing like: ================================================ email not ending up in spam and saying some thing like: Authentication-Results: [login to view URL] from=[login to view URL]; domainkeys=pass (ok); from=[login to view URL]; dkim=pass (ok) DomainKey-Signature : -- blah-blah - DKIM-Signature: -- blah - blah - Signature must be verified as per some writeup on this page: send a testemail to autorespond+dk@[login to view URL] which verified the domainkeys configuration as well. ref: [login to view URL] == UPDATE: Now most of the work is already done - All steps per this link are complete: [login to view URL] I shutdown my old sendmail server. Started up the postfix server; but postfix server does not accept connections - so the domainkeys may be ok if I can get the postfix to work ! Also my IP is NOT blacklisted and has a reverse DNS entry as well.. so no problems there. Emails are coming into yahoo now. However, I would like to see the postfix mail server up and accepting mail instead of the old sendmail. So the max $ amount is ok - if you know what you are doing should not take more than 2-3 hours. ===================== PART 2 OF PROJECT ==================== If the above requires scrapping of the sendmail and switching to postfix, that is ok, but I need some help by you describing me ONE (1) example of how to setup a mail user for receiving and sending email. (POP3 and Postfix/smtp). === What I will provide: I will provide root access / putty access. I will provide Webmin console access with root. - see: [login to view URL] if you are not familiar with webmin -- === Any other suggestions / work that will fix problem of avoiding spam bucket of receipients can very well lead to a $20 bonus.
## Deliverables
If you are an experienced Linux Mail Administrator - this work should take about 1 hour of your time -
