Silverstripe CMS installation startup and templates

Who can help me out.

I need an editable/expandable CMS for several sites. They need to be :

- multi-lingual

- intuitive user interface

- template control for selfsupporting minor changes

I've been looking at CMS Made Simple or SilverStripe, but the installation level is too high for me (dont want to go into the learning curve). SynthaSite was too simple and no freedom of templates.

Now I know that for each site - I would probably need a new setup of CMS with its own templates, but as I am planning om making approx 5 different sites, each multi lingual - I am looking for a uniform user interface as to be able to edit and work each with simplicity.

Goal of the sites is to attract potential customers for our webshop through non-webshop info sites to which our target customers are interested in. I call them mini-sites - small websites with handy info, great for google, and with tips for our customers, in the procces inviting them to our webshop.
