I have a membership site built in Wordpress, with Strongbox security. I use CCbill as payment provider.
I had it changed from Dreamhosters hosting to Godaddy hosting.
Since it was changed I am having issues with the site being really really slow and crashing.
I get error messages like this, and then the site crashes:
***** Nagios *****
Notification Type: PROBLEM
Host: [url removed, login to view]
CRITICAL - Socket timeout after 10 seconds
It's running out of memory or having a memory leak issue. I understand there has to be a setting or resource or something that's unnecessarily consuming too much memory or processes getting hung up somewhere. My old server at Dreamhost was only a VPS with 1GB of RAM. The new server is a dedicated box with double the RAM previously had.
Also a new sub account has been created in CCbill for subscriptions. Repoint the current memberships to go to the new sub account, ensuring smooth changeover and Strongbox works with the new sub account.
