I have a regular developer who I have worked with for over a year now. He has never let me down, however today I have lost contact via msn....this has never happened before either. He may have had some emergency or could have done a disappearing act (not that I expect this at all Im just looking at "all" the options) As such I looking for a wen site developer who could take over various thing that need to be done with sme urgency in the short term with long term possibilities. You should have good php, mysql skills and experience with paypal, cpanel, cronjobs and mod-rewrite. If shortlisted you should be able to provide refferences within 1 day from UK/US/Canadian clients who you have done more than one project for. Trust is going to be a major issue. In the first instance please bid per 5 hours of work as there will be bits a pieces to sort out. You should be avaialable immediately, have the latest msn messenger for remote asisstance if needed, be willing to converse by phone and possible put in some serious hours over the next couple of days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
