325074 Force Login to Magento Store

I want a very basic magento store with the following two customizations: (1) user must login to see any page (home page is a login page) and visitors cannot "create and account." New accounts will be created only through the admin panel. Really, just removing the link to "create account" is probably sufficient although a redirect from "create account" page to home page (login) would be the best. (2) the products will not have prices and they "checkout" process will include (a) add items to cart (b) enter shipping info (c) place order. Note that the "order" is really just an order request (3) rename all references to "cart" to "order" such as "add item to order" or "view order" (4) rename references to "checkout" to "place order"
