Get subtotal minus discount php code - Magento

Hello, this is the line of codes that I have on my [url removed, login to view] page:
var google_conversion_value = <?php echo Mage::app()->getStore()->roundPrice($order->getSubtotal())?>;
<?php echo Mage::app()->getStore()->roundPrice($total)?>
This gets the subtotal and the total in Magento.
I would like to get the subtotal - discount.
Example:
229.00 (subtotal) - 31.90 (discounts) = 197.10 should be reported.
Right now 229.00 (only subtotal) is being reported.
Please bid if you can do this or give me the code.
