Client Account Management Portal (Resell Rights Required)

We are an all-in-one business presence company specializing in providing everything a company needs to succeed on the web. The reason we are looking for a programmer to develop a portal for us is because, although we can edit PHP scripts, we cannot code them from scratch. I have looked all over the web for something like this and I can't find it. Currently, we are prepared to offer the developer $700 maximum and 25% of all sales, once we have come to an agreement on retail value. We are looking at selling this script on a monthly basis only, allowing everyone involved to make a recurring profit, although we are open to a yearly price as well. Our maximum budget is $700, preferably paid in 3 increments. With a guaranteed profit of 25% of all sales, and a net price the developer will help decide, it is a win-win situation for both sides. We are requiring white label resell rights, in return for ongoing script development position. That means that whenever we need a specific script made, we will hire you to do it on behalf of our company. Please do not bid on this project if you are not from the United States. We are not bias of other countries, we just need to follow United States law when contracting and paying the developer. We will provide the developer with everything they need to finalize this project in a timely fashion.
