Overview: Collect data inputted on web form, and store it in a MySQL database for future use. Create a Database Viewer that will display data previously inserted into MySQL Database.
FORM SUBMISSION MODULE--------------
Receive up to 20 variables passed from a web form (Named VARA, VARB, VARC and so on), and store in a single, encrypted, MySQL table with 20 columns.
Email VAR1 through VAR15 to administrator's email address.
If data was written successfully, display an HTML file called "[url removed, login to view]". If there were errors, or a required field was omitted, display an HTML file called "[url removed, login to view]" in the same directory.
DATABASE VIEWER MODULE---------------
Display all data from MySQL table, in a neat and readable format, and allow sorting by columns. (Allow administrator to click on column header in order to sort by that column. One click-Ascending order, another-Decending order)
Display "Required?" check boxes above each column, allowing administrator to determine whether the form can be submitted without this variable or not.
Programmer is to create basic versions of all the required HTML pages including the Form to be submitted, as well as the [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] pages. Programmer is to place all files for the FORM SUBMISSION MODULE in a directory called "submit", and all files for the DATABASE VIEWER MODULE in a directory called "viewer". Programmer is to use extensive comments in the code, and to provide basic installation instructions.
