I have a membership based website that uses ccbill to process transactions. currently the pages are static php pages. there are 20+ "episodes" (weekly updates)accessible to everyone upon sign up.

i want create a database for this site. this new website will allow new users to only have access to 10 videos upon sign up and will release a new video update for them every week.

i want to upload all of the video updates and only allow

users to have access to the initial 10 and then another 1 every 7 days. (based upon the new users sign up date) so every new users experience is the same, whether they join now or a year from now. (10 vids and a new one every 7 days form sign up)

i don't need an elaborate interface for the database. i do need the ability to add more videos to the database and to rearrange the release schedule.

id also like this done with in a few days.
