We will call the Programmer buyer, and the Webmaster customer
Customer and buyer register, and login to separate areas
Customer posts job. Only basic details are available for view, by customer/public
Buyer searches jobs. Finds interested Job/service.
Buyer logs in/registers.
Buyer accesses Job/service details after payment to site via paypal etc. Can leave credits in site for further searches.
Customer and job details are now available for buyer, who can now contact customer.
Number of contacts customer can have from buyers can be limited. Increase number of contacts after payment by customer.
A freelance site with direct payment. Via Paypal, and Escrow, (SafePay Escrow)
How I see a solution is to take a freelancer script, and incorporate the payment system to replace bids, bids are available if required for other applications, but direct payment is default.
The concept is based on offering a service or similar for different application/categories. i.e. legal services, engineering, construction etc. The object is to allow services to be sold, by bringing together customer and buyer, after payment to the site.
Maybe a system like this:
BUYER will see all the projects posted.
But to communicate with the CUSTOMER of the project he will have to pay a fixed fee per project.
BUYER will have an option to add funds to his account by paying thru paypal.
Then he will choose to contact a CUSTOMER, the fee will be deducted from his account.
I want to be able to charge, for every access to the information posted by the "customer" similar to when a job is posted in a recruitment script. This would be the Customer posts requirements free of charge. The buyer will pay via paypal to the site account the fee set by the site, a one off payment for the detailed information, "contact information". This allows the buyer, to negotiate directly with the buyer.
The site has received a one off payment for the information, as in a recruitment script.
Similar to [url removed, login to view] but with direct payment for different applications.
Could be linked to site constructed with Joomla, so will need to be able to take on the look of the site.
Also a Job recruitment script that can take on the look of the site. Many of these scripts are available, and I have some, but it could be looked at.
