HTML to Magento work

Hello, We have made a responsive HTML for the index page of proposed shopping cart. We need to get it implemented to a fully working shopping cart - Magento only. 1) There will be two payment gateway integration needed - both of them pretty standard and free modules are available. 2) A nice zoom in/out effect for product photos is also needed - happy to pay for a module if needed. 3) Discounts, deals of the day, multiple images for each product, pricing in GBP, USD and INR - are some of the other standard features required.
