The current customised script requires the administrator to add a new listing upon receiving the e-mail request containing the program details. Administrator needs to type in the program details into the add listing form in the adminstration panel. This is very troublesome.
Therefore, we would like to automate this process so that new listing request can be added/rejected with just a click. This way, administrator does not have to key in the program details into the 'add listing' form within the administration panel.
