134591 AS/HYIP /PTR Monitor

We want a monitor script for autosurfs, HYIPS examples can be found at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and PTR sites. (Paid to read email sites, there is no monitor that does all 3 as of yet.) We want the ability to not only have a rating and voting system like the standard sites, but I want a Grade letter that we assign based on member comments from A-F. For example if the site pays on time but as poor support and interrupted surfing they get a C or a D by there listing. We also want our forum skinned to match the designed layout. We will be using SMF forums. We will need To accept Alertpay and e-gold for payments with the ability to add another method or take one away as needed. We need various badges that admins can add to their site. The site will do weekly videocasts, so we will need a player designed and interrgrated with the site. If you have an easy upload tool in the back office that would be nice. Lastly, it will need to be installed.
