137910 Image Storage and Thumbnails

I am using a script that was created using phpmaker and has undergone many changes since the original version. One of the script's features allows the user to upload a jpeg. That image is stored in myql and called from the database each time it is shown, even for small preview images. I need these changes.

1. Change from storing images in mysql to storing in folder.

2. Move images currently stored in mysql to the folder.

3. Automate thumbnail creation.
