Integrate new tables and css into reports section (theme provided)

I am looking for a coder to update our existing reports to a newer, nicer, more up to date html/css look. (see screenshot attached for old admin).
We will duplicate the current code for you in a new folder to work on.
When complete we would then make changes to live site.

Screenshot AdminOLD is the current table design we have.
We want to update this to something more modern and clean.
There are 2-4 admin screens that will need to be updated also as a part of this project.
