121970 Mods to PHP script

I have a link exchange script where members trade links. I would like to make mods as follows:

-Email notification to members when they receive request

-Change site submission form to include aditional fields

To do this project, you have to spend some time understanding how the script works. This will take some time initially but regular work will be offered in the future to programmer who becomes familiar with the script.
