Multi-Part Website in 6 Days

I want to create a mobile app and a website but your job will be to create the website part only.
I need the website project completed in a total of 7 days but it is fairly involved.
There are different sections within the website itself.
* Frontend Public Section
* Backend Registered User Section
* Backend Admin Section
* Database
* Web-Services Creation
All of this has to be created from scratch.
The frontend public section can be made with a standard web template.
The backend (user and admin) sections can also be made with a template but the functionality has to be coded.
I need a web spreadsheet created and I need the ability for this spreadsheet to accept copy/paste from a regular excel sheet. This is the hardest part. Make sure you know how to do this before accepting the project.
After that, the data will be auto-corrected and validated and then entered into the database. This is the most cumbersome part.
Once the data is entered into the database, it will be instantly available on the mobile app. For this you need to create web-services for each part of the data.
There is a lot more to it but the above is just an overview.

Read them in the same order. You may have to read the App Features List to understand the website part of it.
You will find a lot of text because I want it to be as detailed as possible since I don’t want there to be any misunderstanding.
You will find that I have repeated myself in several places, so don’t think that the text amount means “lots of work”. It just means that I have detailed all the features.
