1. Create a link 'Meet The Executives'. Remove all pictures on the existing link that says Mambers and add new pictures.
2. On the 'Chapters USA and Canada' link - I would like a drop down list for the 7 chapters. When a chapter is selected it will display the information for the selected chapter.
At the bottom of the information for each chapter display a link that will say 'Click here to sign up for Membership'. This should display a writable membership form for First Name, Last Name, Address, Phone and Email and a message/comment box.
3. We need to create a small database (1 OR 2 TABLES for each chapter) for the membership data to be stored. So that when the visitor fills the membership form and pushes 'send'. It will go to a designated email address and store the data in the membership table as well.
4. Photo gallery - When a visitor clicks any selection I would like the pictures to display a new one every 15secs like a slide show.
5. Create a membership email access using the domainname eg. Johndoe(at)[url removed, login to view]
