I need a webscript built that does the following: a) Admin creates projects and posts to system. Each project has a payout amount. b) Remote contractors accept the project and post their work product to the system c) Admin accepts/denies submissions. Payout is awarded accordingly. d) Writers can refer other writers so they get % off the earnings of their referrals. e) Admin settles payouts--report generated and how much to pay which writer.
