I need a custom system built for managing sales leads via PDF file.
I have growing sales force that I buy leads for that are in a PDF format. When I receive them they come either in individual pdf's or grouped into a Zip file.
These leads are received multiple times per week and are segregated by State and County. There are two types of leads A) new leads B) older leads. These need to stay separate due to the difference on cost per lead.
Upon receiving these leads, I need them stored in some way to organize them by STATE - COUNTY - TYPE.
Part 2
I have up to 100 sales persons that need to be able to have a profile that determines what leads they are able to request, their current lead cost for either A's or B leads.
multiple times per week I need to be able to easily see the requests for a specific area for all reps, and distribute leads to them.
Based on the information in their profile I need to generate an invoice for them that lists the leads distributed.

At some point I would like to add a couple of more modules to manage their sales. So whoever really does an awesome job on this project can win lots of continuous business.
