PHP Expert required for very simple task

I have got a very simple php application to develop where you need to create login/register page using php/mysql having same look and feel as the current site and do following tasks. After registration, they should get a username/password and same to be emailed to their account. 1) add photos 2) view photos 3) download photos when the user LOGS IN to our website with their username and password -- I would like them directed to a place (a webpage or whatever) where they can see what looks like a webpage that has their logo on it, and all their project files, and some cool pictures, and all the information about thier project. And -- on this "page" they can both DOWNLOAD nad UPLOAD drawings. These downloads nad uploads can go to folder - -they do not need to be displayed. The overall idea is that wehn the client LOGS IN -- they get taken to a really cool place where they can see everything about thier project. when they log in -- i want them directed to their page that has their logo and drawings dislayed I hope. its very simple task.
