139030 Script for free text ads

Project Back Ground- I want to give away free text ads on a website. I have the text ad script already installed. I want to give free text ads away per category. I hope to have 100 or more categories. I don't want to have people upset when they go to sign up for a category and its already gone. Whats Needed- I need a shop script but without a cart or payment processor. I need to be able to add the categories and amount of ads I wish to give away. When someone selects a category they will be directed to the landing page to sign up for a free text ad and one item needs to be removed from the shop. I'll add the header, footer and any other text necessary. Example of whats I need: Category Available Claim Button I use cPanel with MySql. If I need to build a database I need the [login to view URL] file as I'm not familiar enough with data bases to build one. This doesn't have to be fancy, just functional.
