8046 Search Feature

I have at present a search feature on my site. AT PRESENT THE ONLY THINGS THAT WILL COME UP IN A SERACH FIND ARE THE LISTINGS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED VIA AN AGENT OR NEW LISTING POST which is done via a members or admin via the PHP script on the site. As I am adding listings that are not added via the php script just be basic Html I would like to be able to access the data base and add them manually. If this can be done I need some one to guild me how to do [url removed, login to view] it is to complicated and difficult I need advice on a good serch feature that can be added to the site. Then this installed by a programmer. So in conclusion I need a programmer to look at my site evaluate if I can add to the search engine data base manually and if this is a viable option. Alternatively I will need to add a new search feature which i would like some recommendations on. Then I will need this installed. Please see uploaded word doc for site detials.
