Shopping cart solution required urgently to integrate with existing site using the eway payment gateway solution.
The site is on LAMP server.
There will be 4 ways initially to get to the shopping cart
1) From the calculator page
2) Packages page
3) Buy product page
4) Member login
(1) Calculator page
Once the user has entered their details on the calculator and viewed the amount of credits and the cost of the credits, they will then be able to click on a button to purchase this many credits which will take them through to the shopping cart.
(2) Packages page
Once the user has clicked on an appropriate package they will then go through to a slightly more detailed page about the package where they will be to click on a button to take them to the shopping cart carrying over the details of their package.
(3) Buy page
This will be a page that gives the user the option of buying the credits directly so takes them through to the shopping cart or they can then click through to the packages or calculator pages.
(4) Members login
When someone purchases credits they will enter their personal details and have to create an account based of a username and a password. This will allow them to come back later and add to their purchases, change their payment system and or details if they are on a scheduled payment system. They will also have the option when they first purchase carbon credits of receiving a newsletter.
This will need to follow on in the style of the current site. The cart needs to be simple and clean.
We would like to have the option of adding to your purchases once – buy extra credits or packages. If they choose to buy extra packages they might (as a gift perhaps) they will need to enter extra details.
The cart will need to hookup with eway
There will need to be a link to a refunds page and a privacy page. (added in the content next week).
