I need a DNS proxy system like Unotelly and Overplay. The DNS backend will need to use Amazon AWS with MySQL. A module will need to be written to communicate with the AWS system, allowing the user to update their active IP and change their AWS location (IP). The service will need to successfully proxy NetFlix services in geo-blocked countries.
What happens is that a person first points to our DNS servers, which act like the normal DNS servers, except when they try to access a site like NetFlix. In such a case, the DNS service will instead redirect them to a server located in the country that has access to the content and proxy-streams from that.
