I would like you to create a timesheet recording application that has an admin and a user interface.
each record has the following variables
a. user (this is the name of the user entering the record)
b. workorder (this is the workorder number)
c. Customer name (this is the customer attached to the work order)
d. time (this is the time spent on the workorder)
e. date (date and time stamp of record entry
f. date2 (date and time of last update)
g. user2 (user of person that modified record)
i. Can enter records
ii. Can modify records
iii. Can view summary data via date selection
iv. Can view summary data via workorder selection
1. can create user accounts
2. can modify user accounts
3. can modify records
4. Can view summary data via date selection and user selection
5. Can view summary data via workorder selection
6. Can view summary data via workorder selection and via user selection
Admin can assign some default workorder numbers for specific items such as
- tea break
- lunch break
- office clean up
- customer service
- day off
Note of system:
The system is to record work performed by users at my store. All jobs that the user performs have a work order number. Therefore the user should be able to enter a work order number and enter customer name and also to enter the time spent on that job in minutes.
The user has the ability to modify the record. Note the record can only be modified by user during the current date. The admin however can modify the data at all times.
The system is to give me a good idea on what work is being done and also an idea of the cumulative work being done on each work order.
