2535 Trouble Ticket Tracker online

I would like a clone of the Hesk Help desk. It is a freeware program available at: [url removed, login to view] DO NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A RIP-OFF OF THIS PROGRAM. Your program must be similar, but not an identical copy. I will not pay for a plagiarized script. In addition to the features already available with this help desk, I would like the following features to be integrated into the script as well. 1. On the main page for the help desk I want a link that allows the users to retrieve their tracking ID if they have forgotten it. Their email address with be requested and the tracking ID will then be resent. 2. I want the ability to assign a ticket to another support person. 3. I want to be able to move a ticket from one department or category to another. 4. If a user replies to a ticket via email his reply should be automatically appended to the ticket in the database as though the user visited the website and updated the ticket. (If implementing this feature would require too much work, then I would be willing to forgo it.) 5. When a ticket is submitted, I want the first 5 lines of the ticket to be contained within the email to the admin. When the response to a ticket is submitted I would like for the first 5 lines of the reply to be contained within the email to the customer. 6. I want to be able to add custom fields to the page where the user opens their ticket. For instance, if the admin requires a phone number, then I would like the ability to add a field marked phone number. 7. I would like to be able to save reply templates that could be used by the admin to reply to frequently asked questions. 8. I would like an optional feature that requires users to log-in to create tickets. This option will need to be able to be switched on or off by the admin so that the admin can choose to require log-ins or allow anyone to open a ticket without registering for an account. 9. I want the option to print tickets. 10. On the main page in the admin area, where tickets are displayed, I want to be able to view tickets by the date and time that they were created. When a ticket is updated then I would like for the date and time on the ticket to update as well. My terms are as follows: 1) I must receive complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc.) You will not have the right to resell this script nor give it away freely. 4) All deliverables MUST be completely your own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full copyrights to. 5) If you infringe any copyright then you will forfeit all escrowed funds as this will constitute fraud. DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT, unless you fully understand United States copyright law and it's ramifications to you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Additional Info (Added 8/25/2006 at 10:09 EST)... I have a couple of additional requirements. 1. A detailed installation manual. 2. The footer of each page must be able to be branded with my company name. 3. Your code must be clean and well commented.
