WordPress expert for Quick Website debug

Please read the entire job description. There are two Parts two this job. We need somebody that is WordPress expert and knowledge in multiple programming languages. Our website url is [login to view URL] First Part (Simple, quick fixes… 1. Two separate shadow boxes at top the website, and a better color than gray. ( you find this section in our WordPress dashboard under appearance, widgets and it located in “Header Right” 2. Image in our url website needs to be removed (looks a pile of *#*, but it a small image of chocolate candy.) 3. Remove all links to [login to view URL] and replace with [login to view URL] Second Part: We had programmer create custom “Profile” plugin for our WordPress website… We want to block the profiles from showing up on the main pages, any posts, and any new page that we create for the website. Pages we are talking about are: Selling a Home, Buying a homes, communities, Short Sale, and any post page. 1. We just the Profiles to show up only on the search results pages. 2. Want the profile box size to auto adjust. 3. We also want the links to “create Profile” & “Edit Profile” to be deleted from the bottom of the box. (we have those links at the top of the home page.) The plugin was program so that the “profile” would always display five profiles at time, and by city. The plugin also runs under Appearance, widgets, Primary sidebar Information and Back Ground on website: Our website WordPress page wrap around 3rd party IDX data service which provides data to our website. I believed the IDX chached under the sub directory [login to view URL] Our website is real estate website where people come to search for real estate properties for sale… They search by city. . Our website is live.... we can't have down time....
