I need each user in the word press database to access a bi-weekly time sheet which will basically be a form that saves into the mysql database for that user. The user can only enter time into 1 bi-weekly period at a time. Once they save and close the time sheet, they should be able to access the time sheet in order to view it, but not edit. The admin should be able to access the time sheet and make it editable or turn off any time sheet to make in not editable. These should be listed by monthA and monthB for each of the 2 time sheets.
The admin will then be able to download a .csv or .xls file to view all data.
I would like to be able to create a working plugin at the end of the project that can be installed on any word press installation and work properly, but for now it just needs to work on one word press site.
There is no graphic design required. The person who can do this the quickest and has a proven background of work will get the job.
