A working payment system

I need a working payment system which is similar to [login to view URL] for my up and coming website which i am working on at the moment. Preferably i need someone who is skilled and have knowledge in php/mysql in any version and can deliver as such. i have tried payment software already exisisted installed on my server but it was not successful therefore i open this project to anyone who can achieve this for me. this payment system should comprise the following: Admin functions - this should comprise the whole payment software to edit user to payment. member functions- this should be comprise for user's who recieve/send money as well as deposit/withdraws money. the following payment should also be included: * PayPal * StormPay * Alertpay * MoneyBookers * [login to view URL] * 2Checkout and also an escrow service should be included. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
