Specifications: - Pre-payment / Release payment system - Milestones management -Withdrawal Request ( Methods, Description, Fees) -Pending Withdrawals -Add a verified Payment Method -Currency balances ( Primary Currency-USD, GBP, ) -Recurring billing platform must be set - Create Multiple payment methods with Fees and Charges displayed (credit card / paypal / Interswitch for African countries / Moneybooker/ 2Checkout/ Google ckeckout/ Payza / EgoPay / Direct Bank Deposit) Admin should be able to turn on and off any method. You should be an expert with payments or Escrow and in response to this bid, please also propose in detail what is your solution proposal so that we can evaluate and select accordingly.
