Hi, This is a reposted project with more clarified details to prevent any confusion. I am looking for a php programmer to do a website for me. The project/rate will be supervised by another php coder. You can either write all the code or you can choose a software to modify. Here are three softwares I was looking at. If you have some other softwares feel free to post/PM: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please specify in your bid/message if you plan on writing the entire code or modifying a existing software(and which one) Here is a detailed list of features required of the site: The following sections of the website will have the option to be broken down into regional sections or they can view the entire thing(I believe this can be done by requiring users to enter their zipcode when registering or a zipcode when posting any video/ picture/ park/ hotspot/ event/ contest. There are several locator softwares available, one is - [login to view URL] ) 1. Events/Contests - members can find nationwide events or regional events. Only special members and the admin can post featured events. Regular members can post unfeatured events in there local area. Members can comment/rate the event or post pictures of the event. 2. Parks/Hotspots - members can find regional parks. they can also submit information on new parks or comment/rate existing parks. 3. Stores - Members can search for local stores in their area. 4. Video/Pictures - Members can upload/view/comment/rate on video and pictures. They can also find videos/pics that were posted in their regional area. 5. Member Search - Has the option to find members in the regional area as well as nationwide area. Other sections include: Polls News Tutorials/guides Blogs Forums - phpbb prefferably, but not nessecary.
