Getafreelancer/Scriptlance Clone with modifications (Freelance Marketplace)

I am looking for a redesign of a freelance marketplace. If you have any working scripts, or a GAF/scriptlance clone that you could sell please contact me through the site with a demo if possible. I haven't purchased any scripts yet, but have a limited PHP freelance script.

I would like the site to be more of a CMS with the following features:

1) Design similair to [url removed, login to view], particularly with the header, and a clean professional looking design that conveys what the site is about.

2) Decent backend freelancers script, integrated with a forum, articles (so freelancers/buyers can upload articles and outputted similair to sitepoint), database of freelancers with links to invite them to work, link directory, FAQ/knowledgebase page, and news page with inclusion of stories with RSS feeds. Freelancers/buyers should all have logins for everything, so no registering for the forum etc.

Really want a well organised, well layed out, well thought out site - I like the actual script of this site, but the layout is quite cluttered with lots of text.

I have set a medium budget for this, I am really hoping somebody will have the GAF script that can be modified to include the other scripts, to save custom coding. Once I see what I want I will go for it, I have set a medium budget - I am not going to pay $300 just because it says here - if you would normally let a script go for $150 don't bump the price up because I do my research!

I am looking for a good job doing, not the cheapest job.
